Vajra Grid is subject to a pending patent application. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any Wackowave intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
The Wackowave name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of Wackowave Management Consulting Services (OPC) Private Limited. No licence to use these marks is granted by these Terms.

Content on this Website describing our services — including TalentWave, CareCurrents, GatewayWave, Digital Governance, DermalDrift, Vajra Grid, and WackoWave Intelligence — is provided for general informational purposes. Specific terms for any service engagement are governed by separate agreements between Wackowave and the relevant client or partner.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with arbitration seated in Ghaziabad, UP.
