Pricing & plan questions.

One scan = one resume run through the full 4-layer forensic engine. The engine handles resumes up to 14 pages per scan as standard. Re-running the same resume counts as a separate scan.
Growth and Scale plans get quota alerts at 50% and 80% usage so there are no surprises. If you exceed the limit, additional scans are paused until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan mid-cycle (prorated). Hitting the cap repeatedly is a signal to move up a tier.
All plans are 12-month annual contracts. We don't offer mid-contract refunds, but you're not auto-locked into a second year — your contract simply ends and you can choose to renew or not. The 5 free scans on signup exist specifically so you can validate the product before committing.
Forensic verification builds value over time — flag patterns become more useful as your team uses the engine across more candidates. Annual contracts let us invest in your account properly and pass cost savings on. We don't currently offer monthly subscriptions.
